Release Notes 4.10.4

Released on 8/14/2024

1. New Feature: Mobile App Photo Manager

  • Easily capture, upload, and view inventory photos
  • Choose photos from your library or take new ones within the app
  • This will significantly improve your workflow, increase the speed of managing your inventory photos, and improve the process of taking and adding new images to your inventory

How To: View/Upload Inventory Photos

  1. Open the ProRevver mobile app, find the Unit that you would like to add photos to on the “Inventory” Tab
  2. Choose the image icon in the top right corner to view/scroll through the existing photos of the unit
  3. Choose the camera icon to upload photos
    • Selecting “Take Photo” will open your camera to take a new photo “on the fly”
    • Selecting “Choose Photo(s) from the library will open your device’s photo library

4. Select the photos you would like to upload

  • Tip: Photos will upload in the order that you select them from this page

5. Select “Add” once you have chosen the photos you want to upload

  • You can only select/add 10 photos at once. This is an Apple & Android limitation, not a ProRevver limitation.

6. The mobile app will display a prompt that the photos are uploading

7. You will now see your photos in the unit gallery

How To: Delete Photos

  1. Choose the checkmark in the top right-hand corner – this acts as your selection button
  2. Click the photo(s) you would like to delete
  3. Click the trash can in the bottom left
  4. The app will confirm that you want to delete the photos that you selected; choose “Delete Items” if you are certain

Pro Tips:

  • The photos will be uploaded in the order they were selected
  • If you need to reorder photos, you will need to do that from the desktop version of ProRevver
  • Tap on the image while it’s in full screen to use “Zoom Mode”
    • Tap the image again to exit Zoom Mode
  • If you are taking/uploading multiple photos, saving them to an album first can make it easier to find the photos you want to upload

2. Feature Improvement: Deal Movement Report CSV Export

  • Managers can export the deal movement report to a CSV file
  • Reporting > Deal Movement Report > Export to CSV

*Mobile App Bug Fixes:

  • Window sticker pricing correction
  • Inventory new/used filter
