1. New Feature: Mobile App – In-App Texting
- ProRevver now has IN APP texting!
- When sending text messages via the ProRevver Mobile App – all communications will be logged and recorded on the customer record!
- This works the same as “TextCRM” on the web platform – but is now available in the mobile app
- Choose if you would like to schedule a follow-up using the toggle before sending the text
- This will improve customer communication, speed, ease of use, tracking, and activity reports in ProRevver

- This uses our Twilio dealership texting phone number to send text messages
- The area code is specific to the dealership location
- You will receive the same notification when a customer replies as the web-based version of TextCRM
Example of response notification:

- A future release will include a push notification system for the texting service
- Text exchanges in the app also log to the customer timeline in the web-based version of ProRevver

*Bug Fixes
- Manager dashboard error
- Inventory filtering by dealer error
- The follow-up date defaulting to 0001-01-01 is corrected
*Other Noteables:
- VOID is a source available in Lightspeed for deals that do not require documentation
- Ex: Warranty Only, Moved to Assets, Write-Off, etc.
- This should only be used by Inventory team upon approvals
- Including all active salespeople in scorecard daily report
