  1. New Feature: Auto-Lead Assignment
    • Manager Tools > Lead Assignment Settings

Step 1: Enabling Auto Lead Assignment

Managers:

  • Manager Tools > Lead Assignment Settings > Configuration
    • This is your Settings page to enable the feature and set your lead time limit expiration

Step 2: Set the Schedule

  • This is a customizable setting for your dealership
  • Set the days/hours you would like the round-robin lead assignment feature to enable
  • Schedule > New Event or New Recurring Event

Step 3: Review Reporting

  • The reporting tab will provide a look at the actions taken on each lead, and the movement that occurred on the assignments.
  • It will provide a total response time for each lead

Managers: How to Set Up Auto Lead Assignment Feature

Salesperson:

  • A salesperson must “opt-in” to enable auto lead assignment
  • This is voluntary if a salesperson would like to opt-in
  • A salesperson can opt-in within their User Settings

Important to Note:

  • This could be used as after-hours only, or an all-day round-robin feature
  • A manager can opt-out a salesperson, which will override the salesperson settings if needed
  • Navigate to the “Sales Consultants” tab and uncheck the “Allow After Hours” next to the salesperson name

2. Feature Improvement: Daily Store Log

  • Added a column to display who created the log entry
    • This will assist dealers when they have more than 1 person adding activity to the daily log
