1. New Feature: Creating a Quote from Inventory

• Introducing the ability to create a quote from the Inventory details page
• This will allow you to start a quote on a piece of inventory, which eliminates the need to find the customer first
  • Helping you create quotes faster, simplifying your workflow, and giving you more options to create a quote more efficiently
• Inventory Detail Page > Select the Quoting (shopping cart) icon

• Search your customer by name, email, or phone number

• After selection, choose “Create”

• Work and edit your quote as normal

2. New Feature: Automatic AI Descriptions

• We have implemented NEW AI descriptions for all units
• This description will generate automatically and be unique to the unit

• Advantages:
  • Creates keyword-rich descriptions tailored to improve search engine rankings and visibility
  • Creates compelling, customer-focused descriptions that highlight key features of the unit
  • Time savings by generating detailed descriptions automatically
  • Minimizes errors
• How It Works:
  • Access/Edit the description in ProRevver
    • ProRevver > Inventory > Listing Detail Page > Marketing Description
    • Save your edits by clicking the floppy disk icon in the writing panel

• Edits update to the dealer website instantly
• Edits update to Boats Group platforms hourly

3. New Feature: Blank PDF Quote Printing Capabilities

• You can print a blank quote on a piece of inventory
  • This allows you to utilize the ‘pen to paper’ method in front of a customer
  • Quickly markup a PDF printout to work a deal
  • Perfect for on-site use at boat shows when you lack internet access, iPad access, etc.

4. Feature Improvement: New icons on Listing Detail Page

• Hover over the icon to display a tooltip that explains its meaning
• Window Sticker > Match Customers > Feature Page > Create Quote > PDF Quote

5. Feature Improvement: Inventory Age Sort

• The inventory page will sort by Make, then by Age, with the oldest being first
  • Previously: Make > sorted alphabetically
• This improvement brings our oldest inventory to the top of each make category

• The inventory table will show the “Pending To” name on pending inventory to manager roles only
